I call in my local MITEL vendor (the ones who sold me the Mitel 5000), the tech comes out and finds in his MITEL forums an issue with LLDP on HP Switches and 8622 Mitel Phones. Solution turn off LLDP on HP Switches, Turn off LLDP - all 10 Phones start working. Life is great!!!
