Web17 Feb 2008 · Ok, I have a 5th degree theft charge in the state of Iowa. I was 18 when I was charged, plead guilty, paid 200 dollar fine. End of story. I am now a 22 year old who will be graduating college and pursueing a career. Is there any way that I can expunge this on my record which is otherwise spotless. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
